Highlights
A delegation of seven postgraduate students from Universiti Malaya's Asia-Europe Institute visited the Lahore School of Economics from April 21 to 26, 2025. The group, specializing in ASEAN and European Studies, was accompanied by two lecturers and one executive officer.
During their stay, the students participated in several enriching activities, including the 18th Annual Conference on the Management of the Pakistan Economy, a professional development course on Public Speaking, and academic sessions on Pakistan-ASEAN Relations and Regionalism and Regionalization in South Asia. The study tour also featured a cultural excursion, allowing participants to explore Lahore's rich history and vibrant culture.
This visit aimed to promote cross-cultural understanding, foster international collaboration, and strengthen educational ties between Malaysia and Pakistan. This academic exchange reflected the commitment of both institutions to nurturing global partnerships and providing students with valuable international experiences. The Lahore School of Economics welcomed the Universiti Malaya delegation, marking a significant step in inter-institutional collaboration.
