Lahore School conducts its first on-campus Executive Development program on Data-based Customer Centricity

The Lahore School of Economics hosted and conducted its first on-campus Executive Development and Training program on 26th of June 2018. Some 24 senior managers from CCL Pharma participated in the program on Data-based Customer centricity.

Judging by the evaluations of the participants the program was deemed a big success. The participants included foreign nationals, Pakistani nationals working in foreign countries and also those working in Pakistan for CCL Pharma, Pakistan’s second biggest exporter of pharmaceutical medicines. The participants were composed of the General Manager, the marketing manager, and various product and business managers.

The program consisted of two half-day sessions. The first session focused on understanding the consumer in the non-pharmaceutical context. The second session focused on understanding the consumer in the pharmaceutical context. Both sessions were based on real-life cases containing voluminous data and the participants were asked to make decisions and relate them to their own work.

Dr. Shahid Amjad Chaudhry, Rector of the Lahore School of Economics, also spoke with the participants during the program. Dr. Shahzad Khan, COO of CCL Pharma was also present in the first half-day session and over lunch, and held talks with the Rector.

The Lahore School has conducted executive development and training programs off-campus earlier as well, including in Dubai and Karachi. However, this time the program was hosted in its newly built customized amphi-theatres.

The program was conducted by Dr. Aamir Khan. The Lahore School offers a host of programs for executive development and training on its campus.
