Convocation will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., at the Lahore School of Economics, Main Campus, Main Boulevard Phase VI DHA and Burki Road, Lahore.
Recipients of the BBA (Hons)/ BSc (Hons)/ BS(Hons)/ MBA/EMBA/ PGD/MS/MPhil and PhD degrees for the Graduating Class of 2023 are requested to visit Lahore School to complete the registration process from March 11, 2025, to April 11, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Lahore School of Economics’ Sixteenth Annual Convocation was held on 23rd February 2019. Dr. Shahid Amjad Chaudhry, Chairman and Rector Lahore School, conferred degrees and awards upon graduating students.
The degrees were awarded to 900 graduates of the class of 2018 comprising of 468 BBA (Hons) graduates, 90 BSc Economics (Hons) graduates, 44 BS Social Sciences (Hons) graduates, 128 MBA graduates, 115 MBA Professional graduates, 14 MPhil in Economics graduates, 7 MPhil in Environmental Sciences graduates, 8 MPhil in Business Administration graduates, 12 MPhil in Development Studies, 12 Post Graduate Diplomas and 2 PhD graduates.

Lahore School of Economics’ thirteenth Annual Convocation was held on 29 October, 2016. Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana, Governor of the Punjab, conferred degrees and awards to 842 graduates of the class of 2015 comprising 437 BBA (Hons) graduates, 92 BSc Economics (Hons) graduates, 17 BS Social Sciences (Hons) graduates, 189 MBA graduates, 90 MBA Professional graduates, 2 MSc Economics graduates, 5 MPhil in Economics graduates and 10 MPhil in Environmental Sciences graduates. The Governor lauded the role of Lahore School of Economics in core specialization of Economics, Finance, Business Administration and related fields of studies.
Earlier, Dr. Shahid Amjad Chaudhry, Chairman and Rector of the Lahore School of Economics presented annual report of the School and highlighted its achievements during the academic year.
The Lahore School of Economics has developed over time to combine its specialization in Business and Economics with Social Sciences including English Language and Literature and Political Science, Media Studies Art and Design and Basic and Applied Sciences including Mathematics and Statistics and Environmental Science and Policy.

All recipients of the MPhil, M.Sc., MBA, MBA for Professionals, BBA (Hons.), B.Sc. (Hons.) and BS (Hons.) Degrees for the year 2015 are required to contact the School's Office, to register for receipt of their degrees from October 10, 2016 till October 28, 2016 from 9.00 am to 3.45 p.m.
Meet with the respective Programme Managers (J-12/ J-10) and check that your details (name, degree title, year, CGPA) have been entered correctly.
Your gowns and hoods will be available at Office (FH- 2) on October 24 to October 28, 2016.
Convocation
Will be held on Saturday October 29, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Lahore International Expo Center, 1-A, Shahrah E Expo, Johar Town, Lahore.
Registration at the School Office at Burki Campus is compulsory for all candidates intending to receive degrees.

Lahore School of Economics’ Eleventh Annual Convocation was held at the main campus on Jan 25, 2014. Dr. Shahid Amjad Chaudhry, the Chairman and Rector Lahore School conferred degrees and awards to graduating students.
In his welcome address, Dr. Shahid Amjad Chaudhry highlighted the role of Lahore School of Economics during the last two decades (since its founding in 1997). The Lahore School today has four Faculties and Departments – The Faculties of Economics and Business Administration and the Departments of Social Sciences and Environmental Sciences and Policy. It has also three Centres – the Centre for Mathematics and Statistics, the Centre for Media Studies Art and Design, the Centre for Research in Economics and Business – and the Graduate Institute of Development Studies. The Faculties, Departments and Institute offer PhD, MPhil, Masters (including MBA) and Bachelors Programmes.

Lahore School of Economics’ Ninth Annual Convocation was held at the main campus on Jan 14, 2012. Sardar Latif Khan Khosa, the Governor Punjab conferred degrees and awards to 809 graduating students of MPhil, MS Economics, MSc Economics (11), Masters in Business Administration (180), BSc Economics, Bachelors of Business Administration (600) and Master of Business Administration (Executive). Sardar Latif Khosa lauded the role of Lahore School of Economics in core specilization of Economics, Finance, Business Administration and related fields of studies including Social Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, Environment, Media Studies and Art and Design. The Governor also notes the Lahore School of Economics Research Program that is focused on improving the economic well being of the people of Pakistan.
Earlier, Dr. Shahid Amjad Chaudhry, the Chairman and the Rector Lahore School of Economics presented annual report of the School and highlighted achievements during the academic year. The Lahore School of Economics, Chartered in 1997, has the distinction of being the first private sector not-for-profit degree granting institution established by the Government of the Punjab. Since then we have matured to be an established institution of higher learning with a wide range of academic disciplines encompassing economics, business, finance, social sciences, media studies art and design, mathematics, statistics and environmental sciences at both the undergraduate and post graduate levels. The Lahore School has currently 3266 students in these disciplines with 66 doing their M.Phil and Ph.D, 457 doing their masters and 2643 completing a 4 years bachelors degree.

The Lahore School of Economics’ Eighth Convocation was held at the main campus on December 4, 2010. Dr. Shahid Amjad Chaudhry, the Rector Lahore School of Economics conferred degrees and awards to 850 graduating students of MPhil, MS Economics, MSc Economics, Masters in Business Administration, BSc Economics, Bachelors of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (Executive) and Masters of Business Administration (Professional).
The Lahore School of Economics, chartered in 1997, has grown to become a mature institution of higher learning. This is reflected in its present strength of 181 faculty and 3154 students – 2741 Undergraduate, 339 Postgraduate and 74 MPhil / PhDs candidates - in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, Environmental Sciences and Media Studies, Art and Design.
