Lahore School Won FC College Urdu Parliamentary Debating Championship 2010

The Lahore School of Economics team (Ahmad Butt, Munam Ali, Affaan Sherwani and Usman Leghari) successfully outwitted the team of FAST University Lahore by a unanimous decision in the final of the Forman Christian College Urdu Parliamentary Debating Championship 2010. Ahmad Butt, Affaan Sherwani and Usman Leghari were the speakers while Munam Ali was the resource person.
Top twenty four teams from all over Pakistan participated in the competition (November 5 – 8, 2010). The Lahore School team was able to maintain a hundred percent record by winning all of its six matches. Ahmad Butt also won the award for the best speaker of the tournament.
