Mr Wasif Waseem Ashraf, CEO and Founder 360d Consulting came to Lahore School of Economics on Monday, November 21, 2016, to deliver a lecture to the graduating BBA class. The topic for the day was “Career Building”.
Mr Ashraf guided the students to make certain career objectives before they begin to plan out their career. He urged the students to find their passion and to opt for something that brings out their creative side.
Start career planning by being proactive, knowing themselves and commitment. He asked the students to evaluate their career tendencies by keeping in mind their strengths and exploring various career types while assessing their temperament.
Mr Ashraf also stressed upon the importance of researching a company’s background before going for an interview. He also suggested to practice before appearing for an interview. In the end, Mr Ashraf advised the students to be patient, committed and confident in their struggle to build a career for themselves.
