Lahore School Entrepreneurship and Business Society in collaboration with Lahore School Incubation Lab arranged a Fireside Chat with Bilal bin Saqib on 28 February 2020 in Studio 1 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Bilal Bin Saqib is a Master’s graduate from the London School of Economics in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is the founder of an NGO in Pakistan named as Tayaba, which helps the under-privileged, water-deprived communities in the country through the provision of H2O Wheel which is an innovative water-carrying device.
Bilal talked about the ideology behind Tayaba.org and the initiatives taken by him and his team to help the water deprived communities in Pakistan. He emphasized on how social entrepreneurship is a step towards community building and how a single initiatives can impact so many lives. The talk was followed by a fireside chat. Bilal also talked about his journey at London School of Economics and encouraged everyone to keep striving for what they believed in.
