Lahore School Job Fair 2015
March 13, 2015

Lahore School of Economics Annual Job Fair was held on March 12, 2015 at the Garden Café in the Main Campus. Fifty three local and multinational organizations participated in the Fair.


It was a great opportunity for the Undergraduate and Master’s students to network with the organizations representatives. The representatives guided the students on career opportunities in their organizations and explained their hiring processes, collected resumes, and conducted on the spot interviews. Some of the recruiters were graduate of the Lahore School.

Unilever Campus Drive 2012
February 17, 2012


Ahmad Ali Zia, the Director HR at Unilever visited Lahore School of Economics on February 14, 2012 and gave a talk to MBA, MSc Economics and BBA/BSc (Hons) students in the Amjad Chaudhry Library at the Main Campus. Ahmad Ali Zia discussed HR practices at Unilever and also shared his personal experiences in the corporate sector. It was a pep talk for most of the students who were preparing themselves for the test to join Unilever’s Summer Internship Program and the Management Trainee Program for the same year.

Training workshop
September 30, 2011



Lahore School of Economics organized a training workshop to hone the interviewing skills and writing a powerful resume at main Campus on September 29, 2011. Ehsan Talat, the Brand Manager Nestle Everyday and Mustafa Sherdil, the Consumer Engagement Specialist, Phillip Morris International (Both Lahore School Alumni MBA - 2007) conducted the for the MBA class of 2012. Over 150 MBA and MSc Economics students attended the workshop. Both the speakers talked about the relevant areas of interest of students and jobs and also briefed the students on how to make a resume. The workshop was followed by questions and answers session.

Lahore School Job Fair 2011

Lahore School of Economics, Placement Department organized its job fair on April, 4, 2011. Eleven leading companies Standard Chartered Bank, Nestle, Phillip Morris Pakistan Limited, Packages Ltd., Schazoo Zaka Pvt.Ltd., Habib Bank (HBL), Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited, CCL pharmaceuticals, Berger, Samba Bank, H Sheikh Noor ud Din and Sons participated in the fair, offering jobs in various fields. In addition to on-the-spot interviews and tests, talks by company representatives were conducted throughout the event to help participants better understand the needs of the employment market. 


Students were also offered internships and jobs based on these tests and interviews, on the spot, making this event a major success in serving its purpose.
