Lahore School Business Idea and Case Study Competition

Lahore School of Economics participated in the third edition of UCP Taakra’20 in two categories; Business Idea and Case Study on 26th-28th February 2020. Lahore School won both Business Idea and Case Study competitions.
Business Idea was won by a startup named Cellulone, a social entrepreneurship idea that is committed to reduce the wastage of cellulose acetate. The idea was pitched by 3 fourth year marketing and finance students; Amanullah Khan, Uzair Dar and Arsalan Mukarram. The total cash prize for business idea category was PKR 50,000.
The Case Study competition was won by the executive council of Lahore School Entrepreneurship and Business Society. This had a cash prize of 20,000 PKR. The team consisted of 5 members; Rabia Naseer, Mariam Asif, Hamood Malik, Ibrahim Asim, Bilal Malik. Overall Lahore School won a total of 70,000 in cash prize.
