Over the past month, Pakistanis have been regaled with tales of economic mismanagement. With emergency fiscal measures incoming ahead of the federal budget, the country has been left wondering how policy will deal with the conflicting goals of frugality and development. NGO World was in attendance as many of Pakistan´s leading minds gathered at the Lahore School of Economics to brainstorm.
