Mr. Wasif Waseem, CEO of 360d consulting, delivered a lecture to Lahore School of Economics MBA class on 2 October 2015. The topic of discussion was “Revolutionary vs Evolutionary Change”.
Mr. Wasif highlighted the importance of structure, strategy, systems, style, skills and staff for organizations. He talked about hard and soft skills, where he defined hard as technical and soft as social skills. He also emphasized on the importance of placing focus on the culture of organizations.
