Sales Force Management

Mr. Arsalan Khan, Sales Head Nestle was in the Lahore School of Economics on November 20, 2017 to share his practical experience of at Nestle. He gave a talk on “Sales Force Management” to the outgoing MBA class.
Mr. Khan started his presentation by giving an example of the novel; A Tale of Two Cities written by Charles Dickens, and said that the story mentioned the best and the worst of times.
He talked about the disruptions in today’s working environment that was getting harder for people to learn and unlearn things. He also mentioned the acceleration in technology and its impact on businesses. The speaker then took today’s youth as an example and discussed how rapidly technology was taking over.
