Ms. Quratulain Ibrahim, Managing Director at Reimagine Consultants visited the Lahore School of Economics on Thursday, October 28, 2021 to give a talk to MBA II students who are enrolled in the course of “Marketing Research”. She discussed the following topics: 1. Challenges faced in marketing research in 2021. 2. Marketing research in the era of digital media and big data and post COVID19. 3. Future of marketing research and a career in this field.
Marketing research consists of analyzing behavior change of the consumer and consumption partners in order to sell the right product to the right consumer. She further talked about how businesses can grow. She emphasized on doing online research in order to gain knowledge about the demand of the consumer. One should work as per the client’s needs to get rapid, relevant and reliable consumer insights and intelligence. Moreover, one can outsource analytics, formation of dash boards and organizing tasks to gain effective research. She talked about how beneficial is data that businesses can understand, interpret and analyze it in order to understand consumers mind.
