Mr. Usman Amjad, Head of Sales of Packages (Ltd.) visited the Lahore School of Economics on Monday, November 08,2021 to give a talk to MBA II students who are enrolled in the course of “Sales Force Management”. He discussed how to create new leads, how to deal with failure, power of listening for a salesperson, how to motivate a salesperson, how to identify the right buying centers, importance of networking and role of compensation plan in relation to the target set for a sales person.
