Lahore School Entrepreneurship and Business Society Orientation `19

Lahore School Entrepreneurship and Business Society (LSEBS) hosted its Orientation `19 on 1 October 2019 in MCL Library. LSEBS focuses on providing a platform to young aspiring entrepreneurs of Lahore School to display their entrepreneurial skills on various national and international platforms.
Faizan Khalid, Patron LSEBS and Head of Incubation Lab (LSIL) opened the orientation. He welcomed everyone and briefed the audience about the history and events of LSEBS. He highlighted the role LSEBS in providing a platform to young entrepreneurs of Lahore School by equipping them with a skill set required to achieve career excellence through innovation and creativity. Faizan Khalid also introduced the services provided by LSIL to foster young entrepreneurial mindset and transform ideas into viable business solutions for the Lahore school students and alumni. He introduced the council and invited the President for 2019-20, Rabia Naseer to present the plan for next academic year.
The President welcomed everyone on the behalf of Lahore School Entrepreneurship and Business Society and presented a road map for academic year 2019-20 ensuring a term full of excitement and hands on learning experience. The President introduced her team for the year by showing a council introduction video.
Dr. Azam Chaudhry, Dean of Economics, appreciated LSEBS for commendable performance in the last academic year and was amazed by the interest of the students in the society and its events. Dr. Sohail Zafar, Dean of Business, talked about successful entrepreneurial journeys of Lahore School Alumni and encouraged students to pursue their ideas with full dedication and consistency.
The orientation ended with a team building activity where the audience was split into groups of 5 and were asked to complete the assigned activity that focused on the importance of communication and coordination within a team.
